- O & M Video Training provides professional video production at your location using High Definition digital recording and compact mobile lights for detailed images and very high quality audio that stands out in the typical noisy construction and engineering environment. We provide the production experience during a training session to know when to go in for a close up and how long to hold a shot. We shoot to edit knowing that close up shots of certain key items in a system are essential for a trainee to see and understand. In some cases we will use 4K video, so that we can zoom in post and catch every detail.
Video Documentation of
O & M Personnel Training
Video documentation of the Operations & Maintenance personnel training is often mandated by the Commissioning Authority, LEED Building Certification or the General Contractor as part of the turnover to the owner of the new or retro-fit building. This can include classroom discussion as well as hands-on maintenance, replacement of typical components and repair type maintenance training for parts typically replaced or repaired by O & M and Facilities staff.

On-Camera Trainers?
The on-camera trainers are typically the local sub-contractor familiar with the systems being discussed. These subs are responsible for the installation of the systems and are the most qualified to discuss the function details and safety issues associated with each specific system. - Delivery Formats
DVD
Typically a binder with multiple DVD’s and a detailed index will be provided to Commissioning Agent or General Contractor in quadruplicate. Additionally, we will keep an archive copy in case replacement copies are needed.
Online or Computer viewing
If requested a completely digital web based version of the training can be provided as training and viewing techniques evolve with technology changes.
Hard drive copies are also available
